  • Heat-resistant temp: 105°C (UL Standard 94: HB)
PC
Polycarbonate
  • High shock resistance
  • Usable in a wide range of temperatures: (-40°C ~ 115°C)
  • Heat-resistance temp: 115°C (UL Standard 94V-2)
  • Useful in electronic, electrical and automobile fields
  • High impact strength
PEEK
Polyetheretherketone
  • A super-engineering thermoplastic excellent for its special physical and chemical characteristics
  • Excellent resistance to abrasion, shock and fatigue
  • Heat-resistant temp: 180°C (UL Approved Temperature)
  • Useful for electric/electronic field
PI
Polyimide
  • Excellent engineering thermoplastic known for its special thermal, physical, chemical and electric characteristics
  • Heat-resistant temp: 240°C (UL Approved Temperature)
  • Ideal for clean applications such as FPD (Flat Panel Display) and semiconductor production equipment/devices
PP
Polypropylene
  • Excellent chemical resistance against strong acids and organic solvents. Useful as a substitute for vinyl chloride screws
  • Heat-resistant temp: 65°C (UL Standard 94: HB)
PPS
Polyphenylene Sulphide
  • Excellent chemical resistance to oils and organic solvents
  • Excellent abrasion resistance and electrical properties
  • Heat-resistant temp: 200°C (UL Approved Temperature)
  • Useful for electric/electronic field applications such as transformer and computer machinery
PTFE
Polytetrafluoroethylene
  • Extremely low friction
  • Excellent for its heat-resistance, electrical properties, chemical-resistance and special friction-wear characteristics
  • Heat-resistant temp: 180°C (UL Approved Temperature)

PVDF
Polyvinylidene Flouride

  • Excellent chemical resistance against strong acids, organic solvents and halogen chemical compounds
  • Temp range: -40°C ~ 90°C
  • Better processibility than PTFE
PFA
Perfluoroalkoxy
  • Useful for chemical-resistant applications such as FPD (Flat Panel Display) and semiconductor production equipment/devices, printed circuit boards, metal plating equipment and chemical plants
POM
Polyoxymethylene
  • Semi-crystalline polymer with excellent lubricity
  • Good resistance against chemical and fatigue
  • Suitable for demanding industrial applications
